How to bid
- Primes: ARDOT bidders must be prequalified; since March 1, 2023 the questionnaire no longer accepts ACLB information in place of its documents. See our ARDOT bidding guide.
- Lettings: ARDOT runs morning and afternoon sessions; electronic bids are due by 10 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
- Submitting: ARDOT accepts only internet bids through Bid Express (AASHTOWare Project Bids).
- Subcontractors and suppliers: our county hubs list the firms in each county, for example Baxter.
- Public jobs: public construction contracts over $50,000 require a payment bond in the contract amount (Ark. Code § 18-44-503).
