The Arkansas Department of Shared Administrative Services (Office of State Procurement) says the Ariba Business Network portal is the official system for businesses and individuals to register as suppliers with the state.

Re-register if you were on the old system

The portal launched on July 11, 2026. The state says suppliers who registered before that date must submit a new registration.

Highway work is separate

ARDOT lets highway construction through its own lettings and Bid Express, not through state agency purchasing. See how to bid ARDOT contracts. Public construction contracts over $50,000 require a payment bond (Ark. Code § 18-44-503).
